SAR series Self alignment turning roller is suitable for welding of circular cylinder, the work piece placed on the wheel rack, the clamp frame themselves open to accommodate the size of the cylinder. We may save many times .Usually SAR welding rotators adopt one (SAR5---SAR100 type ) or two motors( up SAR150 ). The motor adopt frequency conversion.

Mechanical Structure
The machine consists of one power roller ,one idler roller and control box.
1) Power roller frame is consists of 2 drive rollers ,1 pedestal ,reducer,motor etc.
Power roller are driven by one motor and three reducers . Working principle of the roller: Electric power--- Control box---VFD---Y series motor---single input worm reducer---two worm reducers(left and right)---gear reducer---roller rotating. The gear reducer is made by our company, which have low noise,big torque .
Usually the rollers are assembled by metal roller and rubber roller (SAR5---SAR100); Heavy loading use metal wheels(SAR150---SAR500)
Sometimes we may adopt PU wheels according to the customer’s requirement.
2) The Idler roller frame is consists of 2 idlers and 1 pedestal.
